not really understanding how these point-indexes groups would be supposed to create closed areas?
for example slab unique number 1 formed by connecting, node 1 to 12 and closed by connecting back to 1
here is a dirty sketch of a very bad approach (but I much believe a code based solution would be much, MUCH, SO MUCH, better)
[stuff is extruded in direction -Z because otherwise it would create solids over the numbering and they wouldn’t be visible anymore…]

to be fair I wouldn’t rely on the thing that they are sorted… because when you have like 5 thousand points, and have to split the area based on 250 lists of 4 points it might be a completely different scenario
so in the above dirty sketch, those polylines are just used to trim the whole area
