Create a delaunay mesh from evaluate surface

I am trying to create a triangular structure by using evaluatesurface from a few curves and then using that surface to create the structure with delaunay mesh. I am very new to grasshopper and not sure what to do.

Maybe a sketch, I really dont understand what you want? Do you want to triangulate it irregular?
