I’m looking into getting a new powerful machine, but I need assurance that it will work. Can Zoo be used to float my license of Rhino 5 onto the network so that the license can be used to test the hardware in other another location by pulling the license from the network and putting it onto the new Machine?
You would need a VPN tunnel into your network.
The Zoo works with TCP/IP, sou could install the Zoo and move your licensed into it. Then from a remote location, establish a VPN connection to the network with the Zoo, then install Rhino on the remote system directing it to the Zoo server over the VPN connection.
