Copied layer location

In V8 WIP a copied layer appears at the end of the list of layers, instead of directly after the copied layer which has been the result through V7. This is very annoying. I hope it is not claimed to be a “feature”.

This bug and the associated Worksession bug need to be on the list to be fixed before V8 is released.
