Convert jpg into rmtl file?

Anybody can help this?

I have JPEG seamless materials that I want to use in Rhino render. However, I can only import rmtl file as my material. Is there anyway to convert JPEG into rmtl. ?

Hello - use the images as a texture in the color channel of the material.
