Controlling corner chamfer types of beams

Hi everyone,

I have created a steel beam from a polyline using the Tekla Live Link. I was wondering if there is a way of changing the corner chamfer types and radius of that new steel beam directly in GH instead of doing that manually in Tekla.

Plate chamfers

Dear all, I have a simple problem I would like to automatise as it shall be applied to a lot of plates. My model geometry is constructed in RHINO via GH. These RHINO surfaces are converted into TEKLA plates - they are very recurrent planar plates of about rectangular shape with 4 or 6 corners. I would simply like to make arc or line chamfers to some corners/handles. Is there a possibility within the GH-TEKLA link or has anybody developed a script to do the task? I’ve modified the C# script to take into account a PolyBeam instead of a ContourPlate.

Thank you so much @magicteddy . I read that post long time ago but a plate element had nothing to do with a beam one… Now that you changed it is perfect. Thank you very much for your help
