CNC Offset curves are not consistent

I have some pretty basic curves. I am exporting them into AI and then putting those into my CNC program.
The offset curve around the corner is not a consistent offset after being cut It is varying up to 2mm.

Is my tolerance not high enough on my rhino? Currently running .01 inch. Or is illustrator messing things up?

yeah, I am still messing with it - if I simplify repeatedly, it gets worse… So the problem is there is no right answer at the ends, as I think was mentioned above a couple of times - I got side tracked by downloading the wrong file but now I am with y’all. And I think I agree that an open or disjoint offset is probably preferable in this case. -Pascal

The only advice I have is : Use Clipper, it will output polylines but if you choose well the precision/tolerance you’ll have quite error free outputs.
