Clipping Plane cut preview of Array command if clipping is set to objects

Dear all,

i have encountered a Bug with the new clipping plane. If the clipping plane is set to cut away certain objects, it will still cut away the preview of the rectangular array command:

I dont think this is reported yet;

Hi Peter -

While trying to reproduce this, I ran into some preview weirdness with the Array command → RH-83563 Display: Array Preview Messed Up with Clipping Plane

… but I’m not sure if that’s what you are reporting here. Could you, perhaps, provide a 3dm file and a step-by-step description of the process to follow?

Hello Wim,

thanks for your reply. From what I see, RH-83563 is the same issue that I have mentioned here. The clippingplane is effecting the preview when it shouldnt effect the object in the first place. Let me know if you still need a file;
