Change tree path

Hello guys,
I am in trouble with tree data. I have 32 points (red circles). Now, it was gathered by horizontal direction. (like above picture). But, I want to divide to separate 8 points according to vertical direction, and so on (like below picture). Any help will be appreciated. Thank in advance !

Thank you for your quickly answer. But these components are related to Tekla Structures software and Tekla’s model. It takes a lot your time to install them. Could you convert above example to Rhino and GH example, bro?
