Change surface edge color independently from surface

But with Rhino 8, I can’t adjust edge width in print display and I can’t adjust edge color in normal display.

It’s hard to say what your settings in Rhino 7 are from that overlaid image, but it looks like you can still use PrintDisplay in Rhino 8 to get something like that:

You need to modify the Arctic display mode to both show surface edges and Width usage must be set to Pixels:
