V6 Display Options Question/Feature? -- Edge Thickness

I’m wondering if it’s possible to turn on/off edge thickness at the object level? Here’s an attached example.

I’d like to be able to control the edge thickness of objects so in the case of option B, I can turn off the edge thickness around the cutout. I also tried setting the display color to “white” but it renders in Arctic as gray.

Could be an option like in the Print Width setting at the object level but instead “No Print” it’s “No Display”

Maybe this has already been requested.

You can make a copy of any display mode and modify its settings. Then assign a specific display mode to one or more objects by using SetObjectDisplayMode. The other objects in the scene will use the viewport’s display mode.
