I have a text box with different rows and I want to change one specific row to Red. The only option I see is to change the display color in properties but it changes the whole text, not the specific line.

That’s correct, per-character changes are not supported.
I’ve added the request to an open wish-list item:
→ RH-37992 Allow changing of font size within text
You’ll have to create separate text objects for the time being.
