I’m happy to share some images and a video of a Pavilion, which we just completed a couple of months ago at the faculty of architecture at the University of Biberach. Everything, (of course) done with Rhino and Grasshopper – also the animation.
As all the parts are free of curvature and torsion, there is no need to “flatten” the parts themselves – we could just orient them from their respective plane to global XY. From there, we used openNest to distribute them onto sheets for cutting.
