You either need someone with Pufferfish installed or you will have to provide a file without this specific component.
In general it would be good to include plugins used in the topic tags.
the problem comes from the original internalized Brep: its seams are “touching” each other, but they are not joined together:
you can use Sweep2 on the curves from your own Brep to create a surface that will generate closed solids, but keep in mind that the left Closed Brep will still be composed of a higher number of surfaces, due to the original position of the seam:
