Cap holes ex problem with brep

Hi everybody
I have some problems to create close breps from curves in Grasshopper
In result I have open brep after loft, but when i used cap holes ex it didnt help me.
Then i wanted to join ended surfaces,but cant create surfaces from polylines - I dont know why.
I will be glad of any help

The polylines aren’t planar

You will have to manipulate the end points of the initial curves.
