According to the image you posted, it looks like your video card is not being recognized by Rhino. What video card do you have? Can you run SystemInfo in Rhino and post the result of here?

Do you know what kind of display adapter (GPU) your machine has? You’ll need to ensure you have one that is supported by Rhino: https://www.rhino3d.com/6/system_requirements, and that its drivers are up-to-date.

System Info appears to report that it’s only finding the default Microsoft software OpenGL support. Does your laptop even have a display adapter that provides hardware OpenGL support?

Run Windows’ Device Manager and expand the Display Adapters section.
That will tell you what Windows is seeing.
