Cant make ruled surface!

I made a surface which I wanted connect to roof by surface,But its not working. Any ideas???

Flatten the output of ‘PLine’. Looks a bit rough around the edges though…

I couldn’t loft this 2 curves but,while I was trying to do this I got other question how can I reflect point of upper curve on lower curve. I tried use map geometry tool but its not work. Any ideas or solution?

so after struggling I found out project point’’ tool and loft all this curves!
