Can't close Rhino for Mac without saving

My Rhino opened an autosave document, which I don’t care about. I’d like to close it and quit rhino. I get this dialog:

If I choose “Revert Changes,” it fails:

I am forced to save this document that I don’t want before it will let me quit.

This one was a bit tricky to reproduce, but I managed it…and the steps point toward a culprit:
