Can't change Current Renderer in the Document Properties

Rhino Render seems to be forced upon me.
When I try to change the current renderer to Legacy Rhino Render or Bella, it keeps changing back to Rhino Render.
Opening the Render window confirms that.

I successfully changed the current renderer using the command SetCurrentRenderPlugIn However, I had to manually type “Bella”, there was nothing besides “Rhinoceros” to choose from.

Are you able to change via the main menu Render > Current Renderer > Bella ?

Yes, this way also works.
