Cannot set specific keybind

Hi there,

I used to have a shortcut for rotate3D, I put in on ctrl+alt+r.

Today I noticed it not working anymore so I wanted to reset it.

Not only does my shortcut not appear in the list anymore, I’m also unable to put in my desired keys.

ctrl+alt+any other letter works, just the r doesnt. The physical button works and I can set other combinations, like Ctrl+r for example.

Restarting the PC and Rhino does not change anything. I used to get a simulataneous Pop Up from some Nvidia overlay with the same combination, that has also seized. Anyone with any ideas why this could be a thing?

Thanks in advance everyone.

what is listed here?

clicking what is there and hitting edit…does that allow you to overwrite whatever entry that is there?

Currently nothing is set for ctrl+alt+r.

The issue I’m having is that the edit button wont take the R button in this combination, but in any other.

select the current shortcut and delete it.

then make a new one and edit it to be rotate.

I totally understand what you are suggesting and that was my try to resolve this aswell.
The issue I’m having in that exact same editor is, that it doesnt recognize the R button when pressed together with ctrl+alt. As I said I can edit other R-Shortcuts like ctrl+R without any issue, but the editor simply doesnt let me input ctrl+alt+R.

What language keyboard do you have @Felix_Quathamer?

a standard qwertz-layout for the german market

A similar question from another thread was apparently solved by removing a graphics card dashboard that was intercepting this key shortcut.
