Cannot add existing license to cloud zoo

G’day all,

Following these instructions I cannot transfer a license from a defunct account to an active one.

This is the feedback when trying to add the licence.

Over the last year we’ve lost some team members that had local licences associated with their work email addresses. I’d like to combine these all to a cloud zoo team. They’ve been added to the team.
