Can text editor by bigger?

When double clicking on text you get a dialog box of the text for editing. Can this box and text by bigger so I won’t lose my eye sight? :smiling_face:—Mark

Hi Mark,

the box can be resized in the lower right corner, to get the text bigger you can hold down CTRL and use your mouse wheel. (this works in V5 only). Unfortunately the changed zoom factor is not remembered upon the next edit.

I hope @pascal reads this too, it seems that changing the text size using CTRL+Mouse wheel does not work anymore in the WIP.

Thanks Clement, yes I was hoping for the WIP something can be done. It is only a suggestion. I’ll try what you have suggested. —Mark

Hi Clement - I see that, thanks.

Hi

@Alain

I was about to write a topic about this. Could you also add this feature to the _TextObject command?

Thanks

Hi MR -

I’ve added your post to RH-69555 TextObject: bigger preview

RH-69555 is fixed in Rhino WIP

RH-37410 is fixed in Rhino WIP

Hi

Maybe something changed accidentally; the writing preview no longer works like R8.

Hi MR -

This is what I see on my system.
Please post the output from the Rhino SystemInfo command.
-wim

@wim,

I see the same error as @PowerShape the first time I run TextObject in the WIP after starting the program, subsequent use of TextObject works ok. Repeatable each time I restart the WIP.
