Hi,
I get the feeling Service Release candidate is an experimental version rather than ‘approved for all’, (else it would be an update).
we are guinea pig trialling it before approval.
as such for safe working and avoidance of any uninstalling need if things are a bit squiffy. , can it be installed as a launchable version alongside v8 v21 ?
else I will be messing about with more backups of C drive etc etc. and not accessing emails until sure all is rock solid.
As its supposed to fix, though a previous fix was claimed, the imperfect curves and lines, and with the bug report showing others with the observation, it needs to be a normal update as soon as poss.
If you want to test 8.22 functionality but don’t want to install over 8.21, one option would be to install the Rhino 9 WIP. That will install alongside 8.21 and will have all of the features from 8.22 in it.
