Bug when Copy-Pasteing from one block to another

If i have 2 different blocks.
I open the first, select some geometry and Ctrl+C
I close and open the second block and Ctrl+V
I see _Paste in the Command but i get a Block Edit dialog with the following:
“You must cancel currently running command first”, i click OK

Then Block Edit window is still on, OK and Help buttons are inactive.
I can select the geometry from both blocks at the same time.
