Bug? Rotate detail view?

How do I rotate a detail view so I can align the view to display “project north”?
If I try to rotate it now it goes haywire on me. Thanks.

I’ll test it out, but why does rotating a detail rotate the view in an odd manner?

Yeah… it looks like the result takes on the bounding box of the rotated rectangle… it is kind of weird.
