You don’t automatically get a twisted box by plugging the breps into the target box input.

If you want a less tedious resolution you can use my Pufferfish “Construct Twisted Box” component here (I just always hated plugging all those outputs / inputs with GH one).
As mentioned, don’t ever do Box to Twisted Box or vice versa, relying on input conversions of those will give you bounding boxes.
