I am able to get the current Boltgen to work on Rhino 9. With a build that from July.
Perhaps a Rhino Beta update is needed?

Running BETA 2026-07-21 I still got that error dialog at startup, but when it opened BoltGen was installed and working. Next run I checked “Never load this plugin again”. BoltGen still loads, and the error message doesn’t show, So problem solved!
