Hello. I am confused about the beam -joint agent and by the beam joint components. I make a simple frame with fixed connections at the base of the columns and a simply supported beam. I would expect the moment diagram of the beam to be all positive, but this is not the case. What am I doing wrong? Thank you!

Hi,you assigned the joints to the lines which are not element ids. You can either assign element ids to your beams or simply use the Element number to assign the joint. The Element Tag node in the ModelView allows you to see the Element number.
