Beam joint component missing from trial version

Hi,

I installed Karamba trial version and I have competes missing! Such as the beam join components and udl load. It seems to be the free version so I uninstalled and reinstalled to make sure I select trial version but im still experiencing the same missing components. please help!

Hi Alexia,

make sure there are no traces of Karamba3D on your computer when you uninstall it. Check C:\Program Files\Rhino 7\Plug-ins\Karamba to see if there are any files there. Delete them and run the installation once again.
