Base offset coming to walls when i export grasshopper script to revit

There is a base offset coming to walls and floor when i export grasshopper script to revit using rhino inside revit, Can anyone help me with that that issue is coming,
attached is the script and base offset reference image.

Hi Archsol,

You can modify that parameter via the Base Offset Parameter.

When initially placing a type it’s with the default.
