Hi,
I have created Revit columns from Lines in Grasshopper and trying to set their “Base Offset” parameter. But I am getting the below error. I did this before and it worked just fine. But for some reason, it doesn’t work now. Any idea why?
- RevitAPI: The parameter is read-only.
- Transaction RolledBack and aborted.
I think I found the solution. Looks like it creates Columns from Lines as Slanted Columns by default. It would be good if we could’ve set them as vertical columns through Grasshopper. So there is a need for Parameter Values node which returns available values that can be set. Especially useful when parameter accepts only a handful of options.
