Just messing around in a wrong but interesting way.
Using component errors as pixels for Dot-matrix display
Can I like this more than once? Been a hot minute since I’ve heard Bad Apple.
Add a gallery tag to the thread and it will reach a larger audience.
Do you have the script available for examination? How are you cycling through the images?
Is it really that fast, or did you have to speed it up to match the video?
@Volker_Rakow
Thanks for the suggestion, I’m new here and not very familiar with this forum yet.
The button to edit the topic disappeared so I don’t know how to add a tag haha.
I converted the video into an image sequence and imported each frame using Import Image.
I used Timer and Mass Addition to make the number continue to increase by 1, and used it as the file name for the imported image.
At lower resolutions it can be really fast, but right now it’s about 9 fps.
However, the fps is floating because the update duration is the timer plus the calculation time of all components.
It is impossible to fix the FPS by setting the timer, so it may be impossible to match the video completely in real time.
So I later automatically exported Hi-Res Canvas to store each frame.
The file has been attached, but the image sequence file size is too large to be attached.
