Yup. Here i made a new Curtain Wall Panel Family from Rhino, referenced a Curtain Wall from Revit with the Graphical Element and set the Curtain Wall Panel family to my custom type.

This is fine,but I just want to confirm weather it works if there are multiple elements such as glass panel, spandrel, Finn in same panel.
A curtain panel family can contain whatever subcategories you desire. Do note that if you are expecting it to change size you will need to constrain the elements in the Revit Curtain Panel Family to their necessary references. That isn’t a function available in the RiR/revit api.
