Rhino inside_curtain panels selection base on type

Hello everyone

I am quite new with Rhino inside. I was trying to extrapolate the geometry of different curtain panels types from Revit to Rhino. Until now I only managed to query types but I do not know how to select the different geometry types. For example if I only want to select the glass type panels is it possible?

Thanks for helping

Hi Trumori,

There’s a couple ways to get the curtain wall panel geometry.

Typically you want a particular Wall or Wall Type before getting the panels, which you can do by the Analyze Curtain Wall. This allows you to get Grid info as subsequent Panels. Here you could change the Type if need be.

Here are a couple less precise ways to get the Panels

Hi Japhy,

Thank you! That helps a lot.

Hi Japhy! I am trying to recreate this and am having trouble locating the Analyze Curtain Wall component. Has this been changed or rolled into something else? I need to extract the curtain grid for a series of curtain walls to analyze (and hopefully swap) individual panels.

Hi J Brennan! There has been some consolidation and minor changes to those components.

Please see the architecture tab.

Let me know if you get stuck.

Sweet - this did the trick! Thank you!
