Arrow keys were nudging control points now instead nudge view

I have been nudging control points with arrow keys, I come to do so again now and instead the view (grid and everything on it) jumps up or down in ortho view by a fair few mm.
I haven’t changed anything, except turn on universal Construction planes yesterday.

Rhino Options -> Modeling Aids -> Nudge, set Nudge keys to Arrow keys.

how become it had changed, unless I was nudging on the xp laptop as such, maybe…now I am on tower…
