I think you’re describing the “Nudge” tool.
Are you running Windows or Mac Rhino?

It is Windows. I believe it is called the nudge tool (new to Rhino). When you edit points on a curve, you can pick a point and move it around with the arrow keys. At the moment the step is too big. Can I change it to a smaller one?
