Keyboard Control Point Nudge Resolution

Is there any way to increase the resolution of keyboard moves of control points?

I’m working in feet but would like to nudge 1/32" to 1/64" but it looks like is moving 1/5’ , nearly 2-1/2".

One question. There is a <CMD+ARROW> setting but <CMD+ARROW> scrolls the window. What does that do?
