Are Grasshopper and VRay for Rhino 5 free?

Hi,

I’m about to set Rhino in my office station. I need to install Rhino, Grasshopper and VRay. I believe the best option would be to install a three months trial version of Rhino and download Grasshopper and VRay separately. We will be purchasing it after these three months.

My question is, are Grasshopper and VRay free plug-ins? So I will avoid any legal issues to my office.

Grasshopper yes. V-Ray definitely not.
