Annotation Dots do not Print Properly

Using Annotation Dots does not print to PDF properly.

1. In the print preview, Annotation Dots display upside down, and very, very, very large:
   

   

2. In the actual PDF output, they show up as only tiny, tiny, dots with no actual text in them:

• MacOS Ventura 13.6.6
• Rhino v8.9.24163.15302, 2024-06-11
