Printing annotation dots (again!)

Hi Guys

I have to report with regret that vector printing of annotation dots is not fixed yet. They are still printed as bitmaps.
Could you please fix it. It seems to be minor bug, yet it takes so much time to get rid of it (I have reported it twice: a year and about 3 months ago).
I run RH5 with all recent updates on Win7. My pdf printer is PDF Creator 1.9.2.

This should be fixed in the next service release. In the meantime, it looks like you won’t get the black border if you use a different PDF printer than PDF Creator.
