started a drawing, worked for 2 hours, saved and closed.
Now everytime I try to open it again, I see BLACK, happens with every drawing.
I have the last version of MAC and Rhino, read all FAQs but still, I just cant use the app
Run systemInfo and post the results here…
also use the command 4view twice in a row and see if that helps

Please upload your file and reference your threads in the report.
Thanks
A post was merged into an existing topic: Snap just wont work
A link to the threads would suffice.
I cant even draw a rectangle or a single line snap point it to any determined place (endpoint, intersection, tangent, perpendicular…nothing) I tried everything, have the latest version of Rhino , and of MAC . searched in Settings-Advanced all the options the FAQs suggested, but nothing, the program is resulting completely useless so far ( and I already opened another topic because on top of it, when I reopened my drawing next day I started, I just saw everything BLACK)

What is your system info? (type systemInfo in the command line)
Black screen is typically an indication of hardware not meeting minimum system requirements.

I think Im ok regarding the Hardware , space, memory … from what I understand, I should be ok
Hello- it looks that way to me - @Japhy - do you see anything amiss here? I’d get more RAM, but 8 Gb should work…
-Pascal
I opened new models, new drawing and they all look the same.
In case the black goes away, and I can draw, the snap problem, I really tried everything (I think) and my snap setting is this:
I also had SmartTrack clicked, but I un selected it
Im sorry, Japhy, I don’t understand , you mean, copy and paste the entire conversation?
