AlignSpace : Aligning model to layout space

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if there is a way to align my model precisely to the layout/paper space, something similar to the '_AlignSpace command in AutoCAD?

For example if I have a line drawing of a rectangle and I want to precisely place it in the center of the layout/paper, how would I be able to do that? Essentially being able to snap to lines on the layout, while being in model space.

Does the Align command help?

Unfortunately not, as it only aligns within the model space and not model to layout.

Hello - you can make the object on the layout and use ChangeSpace to shove it into the model.
