I had to go but when I came back I used the computer that I RDPed onto, but I used it directly with as monitor directly attached to it.
Took 2 minutes to get it to break.
But this app was opened via RDP a few hours ago, and the system info still says RDP, even though I am directly logged into the device and using a TV, directly attached via hdmi (well, technically display port).
I will close Rhino and try again, if system info still says RDP then I will restart the computer.
Anyway, here is the system info, as reported by this Rhino session (Does Rhino collect it at start-up?)
