I think somethink went wrong with my Rhino registration. I am the only user in our company of Rhino. I can download Rhino updates but no serengeti. Can someone please assist me.

I looked up the email you’re using on the forum in our system and it wasn’t the same one used to validate the v5 license. That one was the “itsupport” one… email sales@mcneel.com if you want to associate the new email with your license moving forward. Essentially one license, one email is what you want to have. The forum gives access to Serengeti if the email used matches a v5 validation record. I don’t think you can change the email address on your existing forum account but @brian might be able to grant you access or you can make a new forum account using the other email.
Brian, would you please check my records as I have recently lost my Serengeti access. I recently installed a new computer and reinstalled the software and wonder if I used a different email address for the registration.
@msbob2010 I found a couple different records for you but none used the email address you are using here which would explain the Serengeti issue. Looks like the Comcast email of yours was the one you used for validations. Email Sales@McNeel.com for real help in organizing what email your license is tied to. @jody or @Janet can get it neatened up for you if needed.
