Hi All ![]()
I’ve seen Wada Sanzo’s “A Dictionary of Colors” mentioned a few times around here. I’m color blind, and as such potentially have a hard time creating complex color combo’s that aren’t “off” - so I take all the help I can get ![]()
I did a small Python plugin that creates PBR materials based on the color combo’s included in Matt DesLauriers json-version of Sanzo’s combinations. It has tabs for the 2, 3 and 4 color combo’s and a fourth tab listing all the colors alphabetically. In the combo tabs, both single colors and full combos’ can be selected and then it’s just click at the bottom button to create the material(s).
Note that the py and the json file need to be in the same folder
a dictionary of colours.py (10.5 KB)
colors.json (58.8 KB)
