I’ve vibe coded a little plugin that will let you grab sample colours (up to 10) from a reference bitmap and turn them into simple PBR materials. You can also let the plugin give you the average 10 most dominant colours. Not sure if it’s of any use to anyone else, but thought I’d put it out there.

Run the plugin, select the bitmap to sample from, select the colours (there’s even a nice little “loupe” and live sample preview), click the “Create PBR materials” button and done - or click “Extract Dominant Colours” followed by “Create PBR Materials” for the average.
