5.1- my couriosity about McNeel Plugins

Dera Developer team
one similar Question based on my couriosity about the McNeel Plugins.
I think the 5.1 is near an with this versions also the possibility to integrate common plugings.
Perhaps you can whisper something about your own plugins like Flamingo, Bongo, Brazil oder Penguin.
Do you want to realize them all for mac?
Wich Plugin you prefer?
How long does it takes until we can see something?
Do you plan an open Beta phase?

Best regards an thank you for 10 years persistent spending energy onto Rhino MAC.

The soon-to-be-released 5.1 update to Rhino for Mac will support plugins written in RhinoCommon. RhinoCommon is a .NET (C#, VB, IronPython, etc) framework.

Perhaps you can whisper something about your own plugins like Flamingo, Bongo, Brazil oder Penguin.

Flamingo, Bongo, Penguin, and Brazil are all written in C/C++. We are not currently supporting a C/C++ SDK on Rhino for Mac.

In addition, Flamingo, Penguin, and Brazil require the RDK - the Renderer Development Kit - which is not currently working on Rhino 5 for Mac.

I have to be patient then.
In wich language is penguin written and does it require the RDK too?

Sorry, I should have included Penguin. Corrected above.

okay then Maxwell, Keyshot and Illustrator will be my near future

looking forward to Penguin to stop the complex workflow with Illustrator.
