I tried to reproduce the problem you explained, but it all seems fine to me. Attached are dxf files which I exported locally in R6 and R7 (after manually baking the data, using the same export profile which is used on our servers), and also a dxf file exported from your model running on our shared R6 system. All the files look fine to me. When re-importing them in Rhino, the geometry looks as expected.
Maybe there is a misunderstanding? What exactly is the problem?
