Rhino Crash: "NVIDIA OpenGL driver lost connection"

I have this problem too. Sometime it happens several time some day nothing.
Yes I have a V-Ray dongle
My pc: Dell M6500 Laptop, Win764bit - Quadro FX2800 with update driver, Rhino V5 sr6, V-Ray 2.0beta, TS 3.3.

Should I have to contact Chaosgroup and ask for a new dongle like @schultzeworks ?

Thanks
Riccardo

Glad to see Im not alone in this issue. Ive been losing texture maps for three weeks and when I reinstate them by clicking on the "M"link the texture editor locks up and crashes. Its driving me nuts and doesnt happen until after a few days when I go back to the file -all pretty random behaviour. Im using VRay 2.0 for Rhino 5.0 with NVida k4000 card and I`ve not had a day for 3 weeks without constant crashing.

Ive just tried setting the NVidea card settings to “workstation App-Dynamic Streaming”-Hope it works Dave Schultze.
Also Im waiting for VRay to reply with any suggestions.

It is important when using the Quadro that the driver is 340.66 or later. Look for the Driver Version: line in the OpenGL options in Rhino. It will have a long number that looks like x.xx.xxxx.xxxx The last five digits of this number are the NVIDIA driver version.
