Zoom Extents insists on including the origin

Every time I try using Zoom Extents, it insists on including the origin. I could swear this never used to happen, and it is very undesirable behaviour. There is definitely nothing at the origin, hidden, in a block or anything else, and happens with every file I have tried.

Anyone esle seeing this? Is there something wrong? Is there a workaround?

Hello - does this happen if you just start a new file and make a box someplace?

Please run the SystemInfo command in Rhino and copy/paste the results here.
